Selling Your Mineral Rights
If you own producing or non-producing minerals, royalties or overriding royalty interests,
Phillips Energy Partners is interested in purchasing your assets.
When you contact us about selling your minerals, you get access to a team of experts with four
generations of experience, significant financial resources and the most sophisticated evaluation
process in the industry.
How We Evaluate
We pride ourselves on providing the most competitive, fair and honest prices. Unlike traditional
evaluation methods that use a multiple of monthly revenue, we perform a methodical reservoir
engineering assessment to provide the most accurate determination of future well production.
And, since we pay you a cash lump sum based on future production and commodity futures’
pricing, you’re able to secure the most realistic present value of your assets.
Producing Properties
We analyze how much has been extracted from the oil and gas unit, with consideration for
surrounding wells, to determine the remaining reserves and pay you based on the present
value of the projected income.
Non-Producing Properties
Similarly, we first look to see if, and how much, other wells in the area are producing. Then,
we perform a type-curve analysis for the respective formation to forecast prospective well
production. Finally, we study rig movement and future drilling schedules to ascertain what
areas will be drilled next, in order to offer maximum value for future production.
Our Buying Process
With Phillips Energy Partners, you can expect to close in as little as two weeks.
- Contact us at 1-888-607-0062 for a consultation or submit a request for a free property evaluation.

initiate the evaluation process. We will ask that you provide us with your most recent
three months of check stubs for producing properties, or a lease or property description
for non-producing properties.
- Upon receipt of your information, we begin our 24-hour evaluation process and make
you an offer based on our findings.

signed, we will run title on the property. Upon satisfactory title discovery, we will send
you a deed to sign and then pay you according to your preferred method.
